Ping Administrator/Analyst You Will - Performs day-to-day integrations with the Ping Federate and Ping Access environments based on customer requirements in a timely manner.
- Interact with customers on a regular basis to understand their use cases, guide them to align with IAM standards, and work with them to make appropriate changes in our Ping Federate and Ping Access environments.
- Perform routine maintenance of Ping Fed, Ping Access products and be able to upgrade or patch as operational needs require.
Qualifications - 7 years Information Technology experience with at least 5 years in IAM function
- 5-8 years of Ping Federate, Ping Access experience with installation/deployment and application policy integrations.
- Knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Microsoft operating systems and knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
- 2-3 years of directory (AD, VDS etc.) integration experience.
- Experience in incident troubleshooting for application issues, product debugging, and L3 support as an SME.
- Concepts like multifactor authentication should be known, and deployment experience with any vendor product is acceptable.
- Knowledge of LDAP, directories like VDS, and AD is a must.
- Deployment experience in AWS cloud and VM environments is nice to have.
- Experience working in a globally distributed enterprise environment.
- Experience with monitoring use case implementation methodologies.
- Basic code development skills are preferred.
- Current relevant information security certification, (e.g. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - plus
