Now Hiring - Estimators
Job Description:
1. Make takeoffs from blueprints & accurately determine amount of labor required to complete the scope of work
2. Identify potential job issues that may not be on the plans and make sure they're accounted for
3. Write up clear and complete proposal describing scope of work and requirements for GCs and submit prior to bid due dates
4. Brief project managers, construction manager and foreman on new projects we've won in order to maintain smooth delivery
5. Provide timely and accurate change orders for own jobs
