Job description
Due to an added position because of increased/enhanced facilities and the need to increase course offerings in the career and technical field in grades 7-12, Wayne Community Schools is seeking a full-time Skilled and Technical Science teacher OR Ag teacher starting with the 2024-2025 school year. Some course offerings and skills that we are looking for are: a two-period block for a construction course, expanding other course offerings such as wood working, exploratory options for 7th and 8th grade students, expanding Ag course offerings, and potentially adding STEM course offerings. Wayne is a progressive school district that is committed to academics, has outstanding peer support, and a strong professional community. We are seeking an instructor that works collaboratively with the other CTE teachers and focuses on building strong relationships with students and staff in order to allow all students to be successful.
