Job description
We are currently looking for experienced Physical Therapist Assistants who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home PTA services to patients in their homes in multiple locations. Locations include the following areas and adjacent cities:
*Encino *Granada Hills *Northridge *Tarzana *Reseda *Woodland Hills *Sherman Oaks *Encino *San Fernando Valley East *San Fernando Valley West
This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

We provide outstanding compensation, regular bonuses, personalized service, and clinical technology so that you can focus on treating instead of paperwork. Pay Per Visit: Annual salary range between $75,000 to $100,000
GrandCare Health Services Required Skills and Experience - At least one (1) year of experience as a PTA, Home Health experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of technology used in field
- Valid California PTA license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Located in southern California
