Summary

The purpose of this role is to provide a full range of transportation and customer logistics activities to the Mt Juliet operation and collaborate with North American Business Units to meet Hollister’s business objectives. This associate will support all aspects of transportation including c ommunication with customers, customer service representatives, and key stakeholders to provide real time shipment updates and insights. The role also includes reporting, invoicing and oversight of exception management.

 

This is a Hybrid role. 

Travel: Less than 10%.  

 

 

Responsibilities

• Work within ERP and Transport Systems to generate reports, track and trace and monitor delivery performance metrics
• Handle incoming questions and requests from customers (Business Units, Vendors, Finance) through incoming email and phone calls.
• Investigate and follow up on customer complaints.
• Take part in monthly meetings with business units to enhance collaboration.
• Reviews freight invoices for international shipments and domestic shipments.
• Monitor the incoming returns and be the focal point for all questions related to these returns.
• Collaborate with onsite representatives to drive key initiatives and projects
• Coordinates with shipping/receiving facilities to ensure on time delivery

 

 

Work Experience Requirements

• Number of Overall Years Necessary: 0-2

• Internships or similar experiences in a manufacturing or Logistics operation

 

 

Education Requirements

• B.S. / B.A in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management

• Specialized Logistics/Freight management training
