Graduate of anapproved School of Nursing, and Advanced Nurse Practitioner program
JOB SUMMARY: The FamilyNurse Practitioner works as part of the provider team of the clinics. Performswithin the scope of practice and licensure within the State of LA. Activelyprovides direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis,implementation of treatment, evaluation and monitoring the general patientmanagement plans for patients. The Nurse Practitioner performs these functionswithin a collaborative relationship with a licensed physician of the InnisCommunity Health Center Inc. in an ambulatory care clinic setting.
