A challenging opportunity exists for a motivated individual within the Tactical Aircraft EW Solutions (TACAIR) Product Line within the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area. The candidate selected for this Finance Director I position will function as the finance lead for a portfolio of Development, Production and Sustainment programs across the F-15 Domestic and F-15 International program families. With annual revenues of $260m and growing with expected 5-year funding at $1.4b from 2024-2028, these two program families are major contributors to TACAIR and ECS. This role serves as a strategic and collaborative business partner to the F-15 Domestic and F-15 International Program Directors.
This position oversees a team of approximately fifteen .
This role will be performed in a
hybrid work format , with the individual being based at one of our Nashua, NH facilities, and remotely.
Responsibilities include: - Significant program team contributor. Coordinating team meetings and reviews and developing creative solutions to problems and driving change
- Promote the professional development of program team and foster a collaborative culture that sustains the momentum around employee engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Proposal support through participating in basis of estimate preparation, fact-finding, statements of position, and negotiations.
- Creating and influencing program baselines through earned value management
- Developing and shaping program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
- Developing financial forecasts and deeply analyzing estimates at completion
- Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements
- Interfacing with customers
- Reporting financials to the customer and management
- Seeking out projects to continually improve processes
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or Masters' Degree and equivalent experience.
- Prior Program Controls experience working with various contract type
- Experience in proposal strategic leadership, development/review of financial forecasting of salient data, and successful mentoring of staff.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a changing environment
- Ability to partner with all functions
- Secret Clearance - or at minimum, ability to quickly obtain it shortly after starting in role.
- DoD Contracting experience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
- Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies
- Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $128100 - $217800

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
