TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Post job openings using Indeed, LinkedIn, company website and Craigslist.
• Source, screen, interview and match candidates to clients temporary and permanent hiring needs.
• Review and vet a high volume of candidates, schedule onsite and phone interviews using Google calendar.
• Collaborate with a team of Account Managers to understand all job openings and client needs. 
• Participate in team meetings and provide reports on recruiting efforts.
• Obtain and review completed forms from each candidate.
• Complete references on candidates.
• Present job opportunities to qualified candidates
• Proactively obtain and maintain knowledge of offers, onboarding and orientation policies.
• Update compliance reporting including drug screening, background check and education verifications
• Ensure a high level of candidate engagement and positive candidate experience
• Build ongoing loyalty and relationships with candidates.
• Ongoing quality check calls with candidates
• Market top candidates to Account Managers in order to build solid relationships and grow accounts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment
• Bachelors Degree
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, innovative, organized, and problem solving skills
