Teaching Assistant

£375 to £425 per week

About the role

Connex Education are working with a well-respected school in the Boston area who are part of a multi academy trust and are looking to expand their staff with the addition of a Teaching Assistant to work on a day-to-day basis. As a Teaching Assistant working across the key stages, you will be providing support to small groups of children both educationally and emotionally.

The school itself provides innovative, fun and exciting ways to plan and deliver the curriculum and working as a Teaching Assistant you will be apart of this. With a strong leadership team, the school has high expectations of pupils and staff and manages behaviour and reward effectively. Person Specification

• Experience of supporting pupils in a school or a similar setting
• Have current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
• Be confident in working with challenging behaviour
• Passionate about making a difference
