Position Overview: Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Win Brands, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and closure of projects within specified timeframes, budgets, and quality parameters. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Development of Restaurant and Entertainment Locations:

• Oversee the construction process from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor and control project activities, addressing any issues or deviations promptly.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project progress.
• Communicate regularly with the development team regarding project status, providing weekly updates.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Manage Project Objectives:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of project objectives under the direction of the Director of Project Management.
• Organize project folders to include all updated information.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns through proactive budget monitoring.

Ensure projects are completed with the highest level of quality:

• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure projects meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure quality at all levels of the project.
• Implement and manage project change requests.
• Ensure a smooth transition and handover to the restaurant operations team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge in Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
