This full-time position will provide support for ACC's Learning Management System (LMS) to faculty, students, and staff. This position will help with quality assurance, LMS updates, campus and System liaison duties, and troubleshooting problems with the LMS. This position will support the Instructional Design team in using the LMS to support student learning. The LMS Coordinator will collect, analyze, and report data as required. In addition, the LMS Coordinator will provide training to faculty, students, and staff in the use of the LMS and integrated technologies. A successful candidate balances their technical curiosity with a user-centric mindset when working directly with ACC’s students, faculty, and employees, and is at ease with the following:
Troubleshoot ing : demonstrates familiarity with the technical aspects of an LMS, recognizing common issues users might encounter and providing timely solutions.
Customer Service : embraces a user-first approach, actively listening to users, empathizing with their concerns, and assuring you are there to help.
Maintaining a b alance between technology and utilization of LMS : understand intersection of technology and how the LMS supports student learning.

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Technology, Arts, and Media, or Information Systems or related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 2 years of experience with LMS administration (D2L and/or other Learning Management System).
Customer service experience in a diverse and inclusive setting.
Experience with training stakeholders in online and face-to-face learning environments using various delivery methods such as telephone, virtual conferences, etc.
Experience working collaboratively with a team or individual.
Master’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience integrating Universal Design for learning principles within an LMS such as D2L, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
Experience working at a community college or other higher education institution.
Experience with accessibility compliance, laws, and regulations.
Experience using and integrating WCAG 2.0 AA guidelines in course content.
Working knowledge of JAWS, Dragon National Speaking, Kurzweil, and adaptive technology products.
Working knowledge of educational technology tools and software such as Adobe Products (Captivate, Photoshop, etc.) Camtasia Studio, Softchalk.
Experience writing technical documentation.
Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting data.

Salary range for this position is $76,773 - $85,985, commensurate with education and experience. AP 3-45 provides information regarding salary placement and adjustments. This is a full-time, FLSA-exempt position. This position has been exempted from the State Classified System.
