Job description

VP of Operations- Position will oversee manufacturing operations of company with multiple facilities and product lines. Will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring that products are  manufactured efficiently, safely, and in accordance with qulaity standards. Position reports to company President.

Direct reports to include: Director of Kansas Operations, Director of Missouri Operations and Director of Purchasing.

• Will develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Foster cross- facility cooperation and collaboration to meet all production demands creating a culture to win as a team.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all manufacturing processes.
• Manage and monitor production scheduled and ensure that the production targets are met on time and within budget
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Compensation based on qualifications and background. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field. Min. 7-10 years exp. in operations management in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to travel between locations in Kansas and Missouri with overnight stays as needed. Typically 1 night per week
