ASC-25612 - RN Step Down - Brookfield, WI - 13 Weeks Contract
Sigma Healthcare team is currently looking for a RN Step Down to work onsite at our client's healthcare facility in Brookfield, WI.
Shift : 19:00 - 07:30
Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements: - Current BLS and ACLS Certifications
- Current Registered Nurse License
- Telemetry and Cardiac experience needed
- Preferred experience with Post Cardiac Cath patients
- Basic computer proficiency inclusive of ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data/information.
- Organizational skills to set priorities and efficiently complete assigned work.
- Ability to effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
