Responsibilities:

Facilitate the receipt, processing, and initial evaluation of provider credentials.
Collaborate with various databases and systems to ensure accuracy in credentialing.
Work closely with pharmacy providers, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Generate reports on credentialing activities for management review.
Monitor and extract information from credential databases, contributing to network development strategies.
Support Pharmacy Network personnel in addressing contractual pricing questions and processing issues.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
Previous experience in retail pharmacy or managed care pharmacy settings is desired.
Analytical skills with the ability to analyze medical and pharmacy claims or credentials.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
