Job description

  1. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related subject. Degree holder with minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
  2. Strong communications skills, good inter-personal skills and detail-oriented. Be able to work under pressure.
  3. English native speaker is preferred.
  4. Demonstrated skills with PCs and MS Office Appliances (Word, Excel, PPT etc.) as well as internet knowledge. 1、Work with General Manager of Commercial to prepare business plan, reports, communication notes and regulatory updates to overseas marketing heads.
  1. Support to drive certain strategic initiatives, marketing activities, change management etc. as needed
  2. Assist with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategy, track the progress to deliver strategic initiatives.
  3. Participate in business meetings and take meeting minutes when required. Coordinate with overseas leaders to follow up on progress of action items agreed in meetings.
  4. Other ad hoc tasks.
