A leading tech company is seeking a Communications Specialist. The successful candidate will contribute to providing support for the communication streams (PowerPoint doc slides, email communications, monthly newsletters, preparing presentations for the sponsor, and preparing presentation decks for external presentations. The ideal candidate has experience with AI imagine generators and graphic design . The company offers a great work environment!

Communications Specialist Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $35/hr
• Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States, C andidates located in Eastern Time preferred )
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment

Communications Specialist Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information.
• Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, webinars, podcasts, videos, infographics, and presentations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as legal AI experts, lawyers, researchers, developers, consultants, media, and industry associations, to amplify messaging.

Communications Specialist Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of related experience required.
• 8+ years of experience with storytelling.
  
• 8+ years of experience in creating senior-level PowerPoint videos.
  
• 8+ years of experience with project management.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
• Experience in video production is preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
