Responsibilities: The Maintenance Technician safely operates and performs a variety of maintenance activities including corrective maintenance (CM), preventative maintenance (PM), and predictive maintenance (PdM) for various computer/PLC controlled production equipment including but not limited to Scales, Dumpers, Mixers, Cookers, Chillers, Slicers, Tray Formers, Case Formers, Conveyors, Robots, Palletizers, Pallet Wrappers and ancillary compressed air, water, steam, gas, electrical, pumping and controls systems. Must be able to safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment and the ability to effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.
