Job description
Proven leader in Commercial Sales, O.C. Welch Ford is looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager.
Ford brand experience is a must.
- Knowledgeable in commercial sales, Ford truck specifications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, FMC Dealer, Reynolds experience preferred
- Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated.
Job Responsibilities :
- Prospect for new customers.
- Maintain client and prospect database.
- Follow departmental procedures in completing paperwork using available systems tools.
- Coordinate service work with the service department.
- Coordinate financing and insurance with the appropriate departments.
- Meet established performance criteria as determined by supervisor.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
