Job Details:

• Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Length: 12 months; Temp to hire opportunity.

• Pay: $20.00/hour

• Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

• Location: In office position; can transition to a hybrid role after training period

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Proven experience in data analysis and validation within a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula and function expertise.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and written documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Description:

• Receive secure emails containing Excel documents related to claims.

• Analyze data within the Excel files to determine claim details and eligibility.

• Validate information against existing records, identifying any inconsistencies or missing information.

• Enter complete and accurate claim details into our internal system.

• Index all relevant documents for secure and seamless retrieval.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire process to ensure data integrity.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding claim status and potential issues.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
