Duties & Responsibilities

• Process work orders from job completion to invoice, ensuring timeliness, proper
documentation, and a high level of accuracy
• Evaluate, analyze and verify work order information for accuracy of data and billing
amounts, updating as required
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve billing issues and questions
• Assist with resolving billing discrepancies by investigating billing errors and
recommending process improvements to avoid future errors
• Update and maintain accurate records and support documentation within established
systems
• Apply knowledge of equipment-specific warranty requirements to ensure invoice
accuracy
• Partners with team members and manager to identify and implement business
improvements to achieve ongoing operational efficiencies
• Utilization of third-party systems (Service Channel, Verisae, Corrigo)
• Meet established performance goals and deadlines
• Promote excellent customer service within and outside of the organization

Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a billing department
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to collaborate effectively
with others
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and related software
• Sensitive to deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadlinedriven
environment
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally and effectively in a team
environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to give and take verbal instructions
• Ability to consistently work the schedule required by the job demands
• SAMPro ERP experience a plus
• Knowledge of Taylor Company and Henny Penny equipment is desirable but not
necessary
