Job description
The Dispatcher is a key player for driver leadership for an assigned group of drayage drivers. Responsible for execution of dispatch functionalities including dispatching drivers, scheduling deliveries and termination of containers to the ports, yard maintaining, keeping CSRs updated on drivers ETA and notifying of any delays, Customer service.
