K&S Staffing Solutions is Seeking a Water Mitigation Technician

Job Details:

Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform water, fire, smoke damage, and mold remediation.
• Set up and monitor drying and/or odor neutralization equipment.
• Work collaboratively as a team member to streamline the mitigation process.

Job Requirements:

• Availability for a 24-hour on-call schedule.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow product label usage instructions.
• Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform, and with a positive attitude.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects weighing up to 70 pounds often.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, with additional requirements of lifting, squatting, crawling, and crouching.
• Use phone applications to document progress of mitigation jobs, including notes, pictures, contents tracking, and drying logs.
• Must be able to wear respirators in certain situations.
• Able to work inside or outside in all weather conditions.
• Applicants must be over 21+ and have a clean driving record for insurance reasons.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
On-call rotation
