**Position Overview**
We are seeking an entry-level Network Real Estate Specialist to join the Verizon Global Network & Technology organization. In this role, you will collaborate with third-party vendors to oversee site inspections, manage title and environmental due diligence, handle leasing activities, and navigate state/local governmental approvals. As part of the Central Process and Standards (CPS) team, you'll focus on developing tools and software to streamline the field Real Estate (RE) workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain project tracking databases and manage site documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and resolve real estate project-related issues.
- Negotiate with landlords to uphold contractual obligations.
- Support Real Estate Business Owners in software tool development.
- Manage the agile process and support projects within CPS.

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field with an expected completion date of June 2024.
- Coursework or experience in site acquisition, commercial real estate, or property management.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
- Willingness to travel and work in Southfield, MI.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
- Basic understanding of legal and financial terms.
- Experience in legal, contract management, project management, or construction.
- Software or Project Management experience.
- Network Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or similar).

**Work Environment**
This is a hybrid role with a defined work location that includes both remote and office days as determined by your manager.
