Digital Art Director:

You will collaborate with the Digital Design Director to craft visually stunning digital experiences across various platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, emails, and more. Your role will be pivotal in achieving strategic business objectives through compelling design solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute designs for various campaigns and initiatives.
Employ a strategic, user-centered approach to design impactful solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Prototype high-fidelity UIs, present design rationales, and iterate based on feedback.
Ensure designs maintain brand consistency and meet project objectives.
Enhance design systems and UI standards to ensure consistency across platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and expectations.
Craft designs that align with marketing goals and resonate with target audiences.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital design.
Proficiency in visual design, typography, layout, wireframing, and prototyping.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience with UI design systems and user-centered design methodologies.
Expertise in Wordpress, responsive design principles, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with managing external vendors.
Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Asana and/or Widen.
Skills in animation or video production.
Previous experience in advertising or marketing agencies.
