Job description
Architecting analytic plans, interpreting insights from a variety of different data sources, and helping the team think about the implications for our clients’ businesses
Actively leading collective development of big ideas, recommendations and project deliverables throughout a project
Building client empathy, and maintaining client trust and commitment (at the Director-VP level)
Communicating valuable ideas and concepts to clients/stakeholders verbally, in writing and visually. Storytelling is a key skill, and PowerPoint is a primary communication medium.
Developing solutions to anticipated and unexpected problems, including finding solutions outside of the firm’s current capabilities (industry contacts, experts, etc.)
Actively developing junior members of the team through active coaching, feedback and mentoring
Building Seurat Group organizational capabilities and intellectual property
Actively contributing to business development efforts
Serving as a company role model by actively contributing to a positive, collaborative, can-do culture

Minimal travel relative to traditional consulting services
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences or related field; Master’s degree a plus
Have 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or consumer goods

Intellectually curious with an ability to master new skills quickly; comfort with ambiguity
Must be comfortable with hard data and qualitative information with an ability to manage complexity to draw insights and conclusions
Ability to manage work across multiple projects simultaneously, with strength in driving process efficiency
Strong written, visual and verbal communicator; compelling storyteller
Proven leader, skilled at working in team settings, with ability to align and motivate team members
Strong, flexible interpersonal skills; high EQ.
Goal oriented with a strong drive for results yet respectful of team member opinions and needs
Have strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and shared work platforms
