Job Position:  Training Administrator

Location : Lawrenceville, GA

The Training Administrator position is an entry-level role that supports the Training Department & Safety teams by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is essential for the continued growth and support of our clients. The Training Administrator is on the front lines of fielding client requests and ensuring these requests are completed in a timely fashion. This position exposes the Training Administrator to several essential areas of HB NEXT’s business including Safety & Consulting, Training & Credential Requirements, Software, Account Management, & Business Development. The goal is that the Training Administrator becomes familiar with HB NEXT’s Core service offerings to the point that they can effectively answer and facilitate most client’s questions / requests. This position reports directly to the HB NEXT’s Safety & Training Operations Manager.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Data entry
• Printing student manuals, sign in sheets, tests, answer sheets, etc.
• Designing student manuals, when needed
• Assisting with training class updates and revisions
• Creating credentials, class completions cards, and certificates
• Mailing credentials
• Facilitating client requests
• Assisting in scheduling training and confirming training classes
• Class follow ups
• Client follow ups via e-mail and phone
• Scheduling meetings and/or putting together service schedules
• Other tasks may be assigned at the discretion of the Safety & Training Operations Manager

Skills/Qualifications:

• Highly organized
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Must work well independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business
