Qualifications:

- Must possess a valid real estate sales or broker license.
- Desire to obtain an MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) license is preferred but not required.
- If you have no previous production experience, we require previous sales and customer service experience.
- Proficiency in using a CRM system is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome candidates willing to learn and utilize one.

- We are a 100% commission brokerage, meaning you keep it all!
- Our fee structure is transparent, with only a $340 per transaction fee and a $55 per transaction E&O charge for a total of $395 per transaction. This fee can be charged to the buyer or seller at closing, ensuring your hard work is rewarded.
- For transactions over $1,000,000 in sales price, the commission is an impressive 90%.
- We provide brokerage-provided leads to our agents, ensuring opportunities for growth.
- Agents receive a 70% payout on all leads, minus the transaction fee and E&O charge mentioned above. Leads are exclusively available to agents with a verifiable track record of production.
- We value excellent customer service, which can only be achieved with agents who are experienced and can identify when they need immediate assistance.

Additional Benefits:

- Virtual floor time is provided for the top 4 agents at each branch office.
- We offer access to our corporate office, conference room, computers, and equipment.
- All agents must have the ability to work successfully from home or remotely.
- Local branch offices offer conference and meeting room time available from $25 to $45 per hour per location when needed.
- Agents receive corporate e-mail (required if not providing additional E&O coverage), an 800 number with extension, a website, CRM access, and mortgage origination assistance if not licensed independently.
