Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for help! We are an established Home Remodeling Company searching for a Recruiting Manager to help us find and retain great talent. This is a hybrid position however you may be asked to come into office 2-3 times a week (Training and Meetings). Will be responsible for a team of 5- 10 entry level representatives training, development and day to day management. Primary goal is to hire one call close outside sales representatives.
**Min of 3 years experience in home remodeling recruiting**
Compensation
Salary plus bonus 70K-90K year one earnings
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our hiring process.
- Generating interest from prospective employees
- Manager 5-10 Entry Level Talent Representatives
- Conduct interviews for prospective candidates
- Ability to answer basic questions about our current job openings
- Scheduling an information meeting
- Meeting between the prospective employee and hiring team
- Keeping a detailed log of leads, including those which were not scheduled
- Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
Entry Level Recruiter Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Min of 3 years of recruiting experience
- Computer literate and high level of organization
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Available to work both in office and remote
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
