Job description
Our client, a leading provider of innovative health content dedicated to improving the well-being of individuals and communities is looking for a Consumer Insights Associate. This role will be responsible for executive research projects to uncover insights about users that will help our Product, Editorial, UXR, Creative, and other internal teams make business decisions and create unique experiences rooted in strong understanding and empathy for people’s lived experiences and unique health challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct survey research by developing questionnaires, programming surveys, conducting testing, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
- Assist in establishing and managing a new consumer panel aimed at expediting research and fostering innovation.
- Work closely with a diverse cross-functional team to comprehend, refine, and achieve project goals and desired results.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analyses using existing primary research or third-party data sources.
- Disseminate consumer insights across the organization to enhance the impact of research and ensure decision-making is informed by a thorough understanding of consumers.
- Fulfill other duties related to Consumer Market Insights (CMI) as required based on organizational needs.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Marketing, Statistics, or Social Sciences preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer insights, with a preference for backgrounds in digital media, health/pharmaceuticals, or ecommerce industries.
- Proficiency in survey tools such as Qualtrics or Survey Monkey.
- Familiarity with statistical software such as Q Research, SPSS, etc.
- Understanding of online panels or insights communities is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and adaptability, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Positive attitude conducive to fostering collaboration within a team environment.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
