Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Mandatory Skill- AV Tech with Ticketing and Troubleshooting skills.

Experience with Data Analysis from ticket/incident queue

Experience with creation of operational metrics

Experience with PCIE

Job Description:

The Audio Visual (A/V) support technician role will be responsible for implementation and support of video conferencing and conference room audio/visual solutions.

Looking for experience in Crestron, Polycom.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform conference room health checks to ensure audio visual and video conferencing systems are operating at optimal conditions
• Resolve and track support requests and incidents, escalate issues to proper support teams
• Support A/V upgrades and installations
• Facilitate A/V vendor activities
• Support and troubleshoot Apple devices (Apple TVs, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs)
• Track and document A/V inventory
• Understanding of ticketing tools and troubleshooting of AV Solutions

Key Qualifications

• Good understanding of video conferencing and AV switching and control hardware (Cisco, Crestron, Extron preferred)
• Good understanding of network technologies and security concepts
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Able to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and complete tasks on time
• Able to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels (staff to executive)
• Able to quickly adapt to new technical concepts and tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience and Education

• 2+ years related experience
• Certified A/V Technician preferrence
