The Salesforce Health Cloud Solutions Architect will work as part of a team dedicated to ensuring we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical and communication skills. This critical role will lead the healthcare-related initiatives aligned to our company strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and integrate all application requirements into Architecture design, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs.
2. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand program-level requirements, identify dependencies, and develop scalable solutions that meet program goals.
3. Design and develop flexible, scalable, and robust architecture for Salesforce to meet the dynamic needs of various projects on Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
4. Design and develop Salesforce integrations with different systems utilizing Web services (REST or SOAP) and middleware (i.e., Jitterbit, BizTalk, Mulesoft).
5. Maintain experienced knowledge of integrations coming in and out of Salesforce.com.
6. Lead the full application architecture process, including translating business requirements into functional solutions. Define and adhere to CRM best practices and methodologies.
7. Oversee phases for multiple projects including development, testing, deployment to ensure alignment with application architecture.
8. Drive the adoption of Salesforce best practices and build standard processes for development and testing teams to follow.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and advancements in Salesforce Health Cloud and related technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organization's architecture and roadmap.
10. Perform hands-on solution design and deliver proof-of-concepts.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science in Information Technology or related field.
2. 5+ years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce project implementations.
3. 2+ years of experience on Salesforce Health Cloud & Force platform as an Architect
4. Experience in Lighting Aura and Web Components and strong hands-on experience in development practices.
5. Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, and Developer Certifications required.
6. Salesforce Architecture Certifications preferred.
