We are one of the top 10 of the AmLaw100 and we are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team. Seeking someone with at least 7 years of HR management experience, ideally within a law firm. If you have administered and implemented policies and procedures, time-keeping, meal period penalties, performance management, employee relations, FMLA and development, benefits, training and development, team leadership and CA labor law experience. Hybrid role (4 days in office).

What You Will Be Doing

- Advise stakeholders on a variety of complex HR issues, such as employee relations and performance management, within the Human Resources domain
- Guide stakeholders on firm policies, procedures, and best practices; guaranteeing adherence to firm policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations and ensure the successful implementation of strategic Human Capital and Talent initiatives
- Supervise the execution of operational projects related to human capital and talent, offering counsel and direction as needed to guarantee that projects are completed successfully and within the allotted time frames
- Identify training opportunities for the office in close collaboration with Staff Development and Training
- Assist in the creation and execution of training and development initiatives and provide support for the creation, execution, and evaluation of ongoing training initiatives
