How You Contribute to Our Success
We're in search of a passionate and innovative Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving the success of our products by crafting and executing go-to-market strategies, shaping market perception, and collaborating across various departments to ensure our offerings align with evolving market needs.
Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to understand target audience needs, identify trends, and assess competitor strengths and weaknesses.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive competitive intelligence report to inform product positioning and messaging.
Create impactful product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target market.
Lead product launch plans, collateral development, and promotional activities.
Collaborate closely with the product team to stay ahead of market trends and address evolving needs.
Sales & Client Enablement:
Partner with the Sales team to understand market needs and the sales cycle.
Develop compelling sales enablement materials highlighting product value propositions and differentiators.
Establish a streamlined process for successful product adoption.
Craft clear and concise product messaging highlighting key benefits.
Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Provide product training and enablement to sales and customer support teams.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product roadmap decisions and marketing initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience, Skills, and Characteristics
5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
Added Points
Experience in the employer wellbeing benefits industry is advantageous, with a solid grasp of B2B marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Craft, Highspot, Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Physical & Working Environment
Normal office working conditions with occasional bending, squatting, twisting, and climbing stairs.
Position is available for remote workers.
