The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

 

The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis.

 

SPA has a need for a Program Analyst with exceptional communication skills. 

The Program Analyst will provide technical and programmatic support to the Systems Engineering Working Group Leads (e.g. Combat System Integration, Software, Requirements, and Performance). They will provide technical rigor in support of Systems Engineering (SE) processes, including planning, execution and closure of System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR), technical writing, requirements management, risk management, configuration management, and technical artifact reviews. They will join a high performing team and be expected to develop a strong understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering and DoD, Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command and PEO IWS instructions and processes (e.g., DoD 5000).
