Adecco is partnering with a local Education Human Resource company in Bloomington, MN to hire an HRIS Analyst for a 4-month contract opportunity!

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the HR Systems Specialist, you'll be tasked with maintaining, supporting, and enhancing HR systems and processes to align with business requirements for HR, benefits, and payroll. Responsibilities include production support, data analysis, ad-hoc reporting, process documentation, and project contributions. You'll also be involved in designing and maintaining setup tables and security in the HRIS system, participating in initiatives to enhance HR system functionality, and creating test plans for new features.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Autonomy & Team Collaboration: Self-motivated and capable of independent or team-based work. Thrives in collaborative environments and contributes effectively to project planning and implementation under pressure.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable in HR and benefits functions, with skills in data extraction, manipulation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Familiarity with methodologies for end-user training, preferably with advanced Excel and Access skills.
Flexibility: Exhibits good business acumen and organizational agility, adapting to changing circumstances effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and privacy policies, especially regarding protected health information.
Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of professional HRIS experience, preferably with 1-3 years on the ADP Workforce Now platform and knowledge of the NOVA-Time system.
EDUCATION:
B.A. or B.S. degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct requirements analysis, document processes, develop reports, and set up systems.
Play a key role in small to mid-sized initiatives focused on improving HR system functionality.
Collaborate with HR and Finance staff to analyze requirements and design solutions with IS resources.
Coordinate the implementation of HR processes/policies within systems and participate in end-to-end implementation of new systems.
Manage user access, provide reporting to HR and internal customers, and lead test plan development and testing/coordination for new functionality.
Act as the primary HRIS support contact for functional users, offering end-user support and troubleshooting.
Develop reports/dashboards to support HR or practitioner users.
Process vendor interfaces, troubleshoot, and conduct data analysis.
Develop and deliver end-user training programs and materials, including on-site training at remote locations as needed.
Assist the HR team with project plan development and various tasks.
