Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a Sr Product Delivery Associate in Service Product, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. This includes partnering with finance and leadership to quantify the value of new features being added in each of the product groups, define the data structure needed for new modules, and value mining to maximize return on investments to ensure benefits of delivered features are tracked and booked with Finance.
Job responsibilities - Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key product performance tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Support the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Manage Business Case by partnering with Product Owners/Finance/Business Planning & Analysis and others within the product to create and maintain detailed business cases, and aid in folding updates (actuals, ramp changes, etc.) into program level summary views, and quarterly submissions
- Quantify the value of features being added in each of the product groups and partner with Analytics to obtain reporting to measure module success & track against our business case (baselines, post-launch, etc.)
- Support Pre-Initiate analyses and create slides to show data in a visual ways
- Partner with Analytics, Communications and Product to translate reporting into dashboards, refine the performance narrative as the environment changes (ramping, vs. when ramp is complete, vs. when in steady state; module nuances or data trends to explore, etc.)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to internal and external stakeholders in a simple and comprehensible manner
- Ability to calculate financial return on investment using educated assumptions, data analysis trends, historical trends, and key data estimates
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Experience working with Jira, Align and Confluence, and comfort learning new applications and processes as needed
- Ability to multi-task effectively while working on projects synchronously
- Ability to collaborate with teams of various sizes without direct line reporting responsibilities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of Finance-related Business Analyst work
