Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) : Permanent, Full-Time   Location: Federal Way, Washington

Responsibilities:  As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication disorders and swallowing difficulties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to determine speech and language disorders.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Providing education and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state license and ASHA certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work setting:

• In-person
• Nursing home
• Rehabilitation center

License/Certification:

• Speech-Language Pathology License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
