Bachelor degree, major in architecture / Interior Design / engineering management, with more than 5 years of working experience in the same industry; Office building interior decoration experience is preferred;
Master the engineering management process, including quality management, cost management, engineering interior decoration, electromechanical and other related knowledge;
CET-4 or above, good at listening, speaking, reading and writing;
Good professional ethics and communication and coordination skills;
First class constructor qualification is preferred;
Willing to accept business trip. Job responsibilities:
Be responsible for project cost management, quality management and progress management, and take overall responsibility for the project;
Check and check the schedule prepared by the Deputy Project Manager / Assistant / before commencement and obtain the confirmation of the owner, and carry out the project with the progress as the goal;
Master and supervise the work of site foremen;
Be able to independently coordinate and communicate with government departments, designers, owners, buildings, manufacturers and site supervisors to solve difficult problems and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
