Responsibilities
Engage with prospective residents, highlighting the community's features and benefits.
Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure apartments are move-in ready, conducting inspections and coordinating necessary arrangements.
Provide exceptional service to residents, fostering long-term relationships and promoting retention.
Implement and track marketing strategies to attract new residents.
Participate in community events and activities to enhance resident engagement.
Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of leasing or related experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Knowledge of Fair Housing and ADA regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
Ability to conduct property tours and navigate stairs.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior leasing or sales experience.
Customer service background.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs.
Work primarily indoors with occasional outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
