Adecco Staffing is assisting Chico's FAS with their search for a Remote - Direct Mail Coordinator . This is a 6+ month project. For IMMEDIATE consideration, please APPLY today!

POSITION OBJECTIVE:  

This position bridges the gap between CRM/Marketing, internal/external data processing teams and external printer vendors by working with teams to get Direct Mail campaigns postal-ready, version-ready, and print-ready based on the printer’s requirements. In industry terms, it handles direct mail circulation backends. 

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Monitors Direct Mail Production Calendar to identify the Testing Grid Kickoff, Version Grid Submit for Coupon Codes, Circ Sheet Due Date, and Printer Proof Date. 

• Uses the Testing Grid provided to develop the Version Grid for each mailing to be data process compliant for the internal/externa Data Teams. Also helps with segmentation and offers for email support of direct mail campaigns. 

• Develops the Circ Sheet using the Version Grid and DM Production Calendar; partners with internal teams on qty, format, page count, and CPP using the Version Grid for segmentation outline. Ensures Version Grid has Coupon Codes and Inkjet Messaging for personalization including Offer, Loyalty and other Messages. Passes Circ Sheet with instructions to external print vendors and answers follow up questions.  

• Works directly with the data processing teams of external print vendors. This includes backend selects, versioning, inkjet messaging outline, offer inkjet outline, QC process, and review inkjet data dump simulations by version. 

• Works directly with the printers to review live proofs including all DM campaigns, Monthly Birthdays, Weekly Rewards and Weekly Welcome/New Customer postcards. 

• Manages execution of ongoing weekly/monthly campaigns like Monthly Birthdays, Weekly Reward postcard, and the Weekly Welcome/New Customer postcard. 

• Sends weekly Deadlines email to internal partners and participates in weekly status calls with CRM team. 

• Serves as day to day contact for external data processing teams and execution teams at print vendors to ensure flawless execution of direct mail campaigns. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Institution preferred 

• 5 years of CRM/direct mail marketing and production experience required  

• Ability to work full time in a 40 hour work week 

• Experience with Multi-medium, contact strategies (direct mail, email) 

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail 

• Builds strong partnerships with external print vendors 

• Understands how CRM brings value to a retail organization

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
