- Take appropriate action to answer and resolve guest questions and complaints.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality of paperwork and information.
- Assist groups in purchasing and picking up Group Sales tickets.
- Answer phones in a call center atmosphere.
- Follow all Dorney Park service standards including up-selling.
