We are looking for a
Warehouse Supervisor to assist in leading our Agronomy Service Center (ASC) in Trumann, AR. You will be a valued team member responsible for assisting all warehouse operations activities at the site. Key responsibilities include customer service (roughly 25% of the job), inventory management (20%), expense management (10%), compliance & safety (20%), warehouse personnel and facility management (25%), and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Customer Service Orientation, Interpersonal Skills, Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- This role will require a valid driver license to drive a company vehicle
- Restricted Use Pesticide Sales Persons license if required (or ability to attain by a specific date as agreed with company).
Preferred Requirements: - Agriculture Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Business

results efficiently & effectively; embraces roll as people manager for the warehouse team.
