GENERAL PURPOSE:

 
This position is within the Care Solutions segment and has responsibility at the site maintenance department which is a multi-user site mainly focused on the practice of alkoxylation and quaternization based process technologies. 

 
This position is responsible provides process instrumentation and electrical troubleshooting and calibration support to the site.  This position will primarily be involved with the maintenance and engineering teams at the site and will provide instrumentation calibration (flow, pH, conductivity, temperature, pressure, level, switches, etc.) and general troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation of the site such as circuit breakers, motor control circuits, and power feed systems.

• Variable Frequency Drives
• Probe Calibrations
• Safety Interlock testing
• Electric motor wiring

 
Requirements:

 
Must have Maintenace Experience 

• E ducation: Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or similar degree preferred.

 

• Related Experience: 3+ years’ experience in a chemical processing facility or equivalent experience.

 

• Special Training or Competence: General knowledge of equipment, instrumentation, piping, electrical and mechanical systems, and basic troubleshooting skills.  Forklift and man-lift operation can be trained after hiring.

 

• Equipment/Software Skills: General computer knowledge in a Windows and MS Office environment.  Previous experience in SAP or similar CMMS a plus.  HART protocol and Emerson Delta V experience a plus.
