Your Role

Compensation: Base salary of $35,000 - $40,000 + 50% commission (Total Earnings approximately $60,000 - $90,000)

Responsibilities
Duties
- Create and present insurance quotes, and finalize sales.
- Identify prospective clients via networking, referrals, and agency leads.
- Assist clients in determining their insurance requirements and suggest appropriate coverage options.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to policyholders.
- Learn about insurance products and sales strategies from experienced agents.
- Engage in training programs to gear up for becoming a licensed insurance agent.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
- Readiness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
- Adherence to high ethical and professional standards.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
