Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for the mortgage sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge in sales techniques and mortgage products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and goals to increase mortgage loan production and meet revenue targets.
- Provide individual coaching and performance feedback to mortgage sales team members to improve their sales performance and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs and resources to support the professional development of the mortgage sales team.
Qualifications:
