ITA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the team at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. 

 

* This position is contingent upon position vacancy, expected middle of 2024 *

The candidate will work in designing, and performing detailed engineering efforts as part of an integrated team at Robin's Air Force Base to support reprogramming of critical electromagnetic spectrum support equipment, installed on Air Mobility Command (AMC) aircraft.

 

The candidate will be creating and testing critical mission data files for various systems using state of the art test equipment. The developed data files will support multiple aircraft in AMC to include the new KC-46 Tanker. This work is in support of AMC Directorate of Strategic Plans, Requirements, and Programs (A5/8).

The candidate must possess the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited school.

- Three years minimum experience working as an engineer or relevant technical field.

- Strong written and oral communications capabilities.

- Experience with standard office productivity products, i.e. Microsoft Work, Microsoft Excel.

- Active Secret desired or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance 

 

Preferred qualifications:

- Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited school.

- Experience with reprogramming and mission data validation on Department of Defense hardware

- Three years experience in electromagnetic spectrum operations in a technical capacity

- Experience with digital processing applications and test simulators (CEESIM, A2PATS, Keysights)
