Salary: $110K-$150K + Bonus
Requirements: 5+ years of experience (Commercial/Industrial)

What You Will Be Doing

As an Preconstruction Manager you will..
- Manage project startup, management, and closeout
- Prepare bid package
- Develop scopes of work for sub-contractors
- Value Engineering
- Construction planning/scheduling
- Execute accurate, detailed and complete conceptual, preliminary, contract, and final estimates.
- Be able to read and comprehend blueprints, specifications, maps, surveys, mechanical and electrical sheets, project schedules, cost reports, and other construction documents; being aware of contract clauses that cover the scope of work and design standards.

What You Need for this Position

MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years as a construction estimator with a heavy focus in commercial/industrial projects
- Experience in ground-up, Design/build, and Tilt-Up
- Estimation
- Preconstruction
- Conceptual Bidding/Hard Bidding
- Microsoft Office

NICE TO HAVE:
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture (or related)
- Proficiency in Phoenix and Prolog preferred
- Timberline/Sage 300
