Introduction:

The Client is seeking a team of three Network Engineers to support the continuous monitoring, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network systems. The team will also support digital forensics, system documentation, and technical proposals for network changes.

Work Requirements:

1. Assisted with continuous monitoring of IT systems for customer accreditation.
2. Coordinate engineering projects, perform technical risk assessments, and resolve technical questions or conflicts.
3. Deploy and maintain network systems and diagnose network issues.
4. Gather performance and utilization metrics and inform the Customer when thresholds are met.
5. Guide networking engineering efforts in hardware, software, and virtual infrastructure domains.
6. Maintain up-to-date network topology drawings and perform moderately complex network designs and upgrades.
7. Perform Tier-3 engineering and support for virtualization infrastructure.
8. Plan network configurations for integration into the network and prepare technical proposals for changes.
9. Provide system documentation to support A&A efforts and review user requests for upgrades or additions to the network.
10. Support network life cycle stages such as design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
11. Provide end-to-end field network and forensic capabilities support, including real-time and 24/7 on-call support.
12. Provide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other integrated documentation to support field users and the program.
13. Provide technical support to various Customer-developed and COTS forensic application developers.
14. Research and recommend systems, equipment, and technologies to improve and enhance existing systems.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

1. Demonstrated experience analyzing existing systems and identifying necessary corrective actions and improvements.
2. Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting gold image hard drives.
3. Demonstrated experience coordinating and performing security testing.
4. Demonstrated experience creating network topology diagrams.
5. Demonstrated experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Routing and Switching systems (Cisco expertise required).
6. Demonstrated experience implementing L2 and L3 VPN across an MPLS network.
7. Demonstrated experience installing, maintaining, and configuring Aspera Enterprise Server and Aspera P2P.
8. Demonstrated experience performing configuration and management of automation solutions.
9. Demonstrated experience performing configuration and management of Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) and vRealize Suite.
10. Demonstrated experience performing configuration and management of virtual networks servers and virtual workstations.
11. Demonstrated experience configuring and managing VMware vCenter and VMware NSX-T.
12. Demonstrated experience performing Hypervisor deployments.
13. Demonstrated forensic software experience, including Cellebrite, XRY, WinHex, FTK, and Autopsy.
14. Demonstrated experience with Gateway Redundancy Protocols, including HSRP and VRRP.
15. Demonstrated experience with network IP address management.
16. Demonstrated experience with network security such as firewalls and ACLs.
17. Demonstrated experience with Routing Protocols, including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
18. Demonstrated experience with vulnerability scanning tools.
19. Demonstrated experience working in Local Area Network (LAN) environments and Wide Area Network (WAN) environments.
20. Demonstrated experience working with TCP IP protocol suite, IP subnets and masking, and routing protocols.
21. Demonstrated hands on experience engineering the design, build, and configuration of Linux servers and virtual infrastructure.
22. Demonstrated hands on experience performing administration, troubleshooting, patching, and support of Linux servers and virtual infrastructure.
23. Demonstrated hands on experience performing engineering, implementation, and troubleshooting of VMWare virtualization infrastructure.
24. Demonstrated hands on experience performing risk analysis for proposed IT infrastructure changes.
25. Demonstrated hands on experience performing system monitoring and analysis, including root cause analysis of system faults and outages.
26. Demonstrated experience working with vendors on system troubleshooting.

Optional Desired Skills & Experience:

1. Demonstrated experience explaining protocols, procedures and processes clearly and accurately to technical and non-technical audiences.
2. Demonstrated experience with Software Defined Networking technologies, such as Cisco ACI and VMware NSX-T.
3. Demonstrated experience with load-balancing technologies, such as F5 BIG-IP and Citrix Netscaler.
