Senior Project Manager for Colorado Commercial Construction

Job description
Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager for Colorado Commercial Construction is responsible for managing construction projects from the pre-construction phase through completion. The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of the construction industry and be proficient in all stages of construction management. This position requires excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Negotiate and manage subcontracts
- Develop and track project schedules
- Manage the overall progress of the construction project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other personnel
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and codes
- Inspect progress and work quality regularly
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the project
- Work with the facility operations team to ensure smooth transition at project completion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience working on Commercial Construction, K12, Higher Ed, or Healthcare Construction projects preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in project management systems and software
Benefits - Comp: $120K-$150K
