Assembler
All Shifts
$17.70-18.80/hr
Job Duties:
1.Works around assembly machinery, retrieve parts after the machine cycle is complete and when required by a semi-automatic cycle.
2.Perform Poke Yoke and required paperwork.
3.Read, understand, and follow as applicable, operator and special job instructions.
4.Participate in job rotation program.
5.Report any discrepancies per the Escalation Procedure.
6.Operate handheld scanners and scan material into inventory.
7.Visually evaluate if a part meets obvious or supplied master standard and report all discrepancies. 8.Package parts according to the approved packaging standard, building of packaging if applicable. 9.Responsible for identifying and maintaining a clean and safe work cell.
10.Responsible for providing accurate information on productivity, quality, and safety to their Supervisor.
11.May have to trim, using a utility knife or some other type of trimming device.
12.Completing designated paperwork – accurately and on time.
13.Attend required training per requirements.
14.Attend pre-shift and other e scheduled meetings.
15.Provide training to other employees when necessary.
16.Report to assigned work area and return from designated breaks on time.
17.All other duties as assigned.
